There are many different reasons people flush if you know that you have calcified Gallstones (ultrasound) and have many problems then you might want to do it every 2 weeks, it certainly has helped me. The Colon Cleanse can be done at the same time, just skip the 2 days when you do the flush.
The 1st 30 or so liverflushes I did every 2 weeks and I only felt better every time.
In that time I also improved my lifestyle and eating habits according to Ayuerveda.
