Guess I'll observe the 15 min. rule, even though I'm not convinced it becomes undrinkable. In fact there is a poster on curezone who specifically recommends drinking aged urine.

I may try that someday! For now though, I'll stick to the fresh stuff.
As for my results, I just feel good in general, and I appreciate the "structured water" aspect of drinking urine.

I didn't have any real health issues before I started experimenting with UT, thus no dramatic results to report.
When I first found out about it, I was repulsed, like most people would be I guess. But I was intrigued enough to give it a try and I kept going!
I think we who do UT ought to give ourselves a pat on the back for being able to go against our conditioning and think and act outside the box.
