Whoa! I just realized looking at the scab photo that I had these things growing out of a scab on my knee when I was a kid. I thought "hey! my hair is coming out white! that must have been a bad accident" then after a while I thought "hey!.. the fibers from my blanket are getting caught in my scab!" I never thought more about it.
