Difficulty thinking complex thoughts? "Brain fog?" Difficulty even spelling words as well as you used to? Trouble finding the right words for whatever you're trying to convey?

I distinctly remember getting stupider as things were going south for me. I'm starting to come back, but it's erratic. I have some good periods where I'm smart, but they don't seem to last and I can't seem to figure out what corresponds to it. I'm still testing.

Alcohol: Bad for adrenal fatigue, it's widely known. It hurts your progress, so I would just stop it completely.
