Mostly organic, but I'm sorry to say, lately I've been consuming enough bread products for a couple of carbo-tarians . I drink 8 glasses of water a day, and a glass of lemon water on top of that, plus fresh juice. Hmm. . . let's see, tomorrow my mom's making vegetable soup.
