As of this writing people are starting to complain that they are getting capsules half full & that the product seems to have gone downhill. Maybe try Clarkia instead. I found plain ol' Vitacost tinctures of black walnut/wormwood alternating with tincture of wormwood to be very effective after I quit Humaworm.  Ditto a zapper, & a Sota Pulser (the answer to carpal tunnel syndrome too, btw, at least for me).
