I've never tried....I tried numerous times to make my own yogurt, but I was too afraid to eat it b/c it didn't seem to "set" correctly. With my luck, I grew pathogens and not probiotics!

Have u tried store-bought Kombucha (synergy http://www.synergydrinks.com/classic/kombucha_classic_original.aspx#)
or So Delicious coconut kefir?

Have u noticed a difference in your condition?
