If you haven't already, I would also consider the possibility that another metal may be the cause of your trouble. A number of the symptoms you describe are commonly described symptoms of heavy metals like mercury and lead. Of course, I can't be sure.

I would suggest you find out more about heavy metal toxicity and judge for yourself. This is especially important if you have known exposure, like silver fillings. There are a lot of less obvious sources too, so the absence of fillings is not a guarantee that you don't have a heavy metal problem.
