As long as you keep making Gallstones and they are not expelled naturally then you will probably have to keep doing Liver Flushes to avoid becoming congested. Some of us have underlying problems that promote the formation of stones and sludge in the bile system. I'm sensitive to gluten and now that I am gluten free (6 years) I make fewer stones and do Liver Flushes less often tho I still get out stones and sludge with the purges.
