I didn't do a good job of explaining it. Basically, my "hunger" is in the form of dizziness, lack of energy, difficulty thinking, that goes away when I eat, and if I eat more, it goes away for a longer period of time. (if I eat "high GI" foods, it comes back faster, so I do think it's related to my body's need for food)
