Good to know about the aluminum.  I’ll look into that a little more.  But all I can tell you is the RBTI seem to be having good succes, and switching from Sea Salt to table salt is part of the program.

Apparantly, it shows up in the “numbers” when they consume sea salt.  They monitor their body chemistry constantly (ph, blood sugar) and know what foods put them out of balance.

I used Himalayan Salt for a while.  I loved the taste of it.  However, there may be some concerns with it as well.

It is high in Flouride, which is not great for you either.  There may no be a “perfect salt”.  But our adrenals definitely need salt

18) Does “Himalaya Salt” contain fluoride?

Yes. Although it is marketed in Europe and elsewhere as an alternative to fluoridated salt, “Himalaya Salt” may in fact contain even more fluoride than is present in artificially fluoridated salt. Recent analyses have shown fluoride content between 231 and 310 ppm. To view one analysis, click here.

But....it is hard to know of the concern is real.  Here is another perspective.  See the response.

It is really hard to know what is best sometimes.....so many different points of view and conflicting information to balance.

I find the diet aspect of adrenal fatigue the hardest to know what is the best approach.
