Kombucha is made with sugar! That's why it's questionable. a bottle of it is 2 grams. When I've drank it in the past, I sip it in small amounts. It's so so so good. Wish I could gulp it down!
the cocunut kefir, has some questionable ingredients like dextrose and pectin. 1 cup = 3 grams, so that's questionable as well. I really want to try it though, I can't tolerate kefir at all!
