What do people do about fluids passing through you? I find that whenever I try to drink alot of water it just shoots right through me. If I drink a gallon of water I will keep having to pee every five min until I have all of it go through me. Any ideas?

also does anybody have any problems with dehydration?

any body know why fluids pass right through with AF?
