Titanium cannot be used for porcelain to metal crowns and bridges. It is used for implants because it's the only metal that bonds to bone.
If you go with porcelain to metal bridge, ask for high quality gold alloy (platinum and palladium are fine). Also insist that your bridge is done in a high quality lab.
Your dentist and the lab who makes your bridge have a lot to do with how long your bridge will last and how comfortable it will feel.
