Anyone read the Primal Blueprint Diet books? It seems like they would fit well into a candida diet (except for the fruits), as well as for an overall healing and healthy way to eat.

Which of the 2 cookbooks are best...or is it best to buy all 3 books? (the website [http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101] is too extensive to browse...and I'd rather read paper than a screen, lol)

Can a person do this diet well if the only meats they eat are chicken, eggs, and the occassional fish?

What results have u seen on this diet? If you care to post what you eat, that'd be helpful!
