I agree with this. Candida overgrowth can lead to weight gain, weight loss, or no change at all. It all depends.

But let's distinguish between two things. The candida ITSELF more often leads to weight gain, whereas the CANDIDA DIET more often leads to weight loss. Judging from the 100's of anecdotes I've read and gurus and experts.
