Almost all of my bloating happens in the duodenum area--about 1 hour  to 2 hrs after i eat. (depends on what i eat). I seldom have bloating anymore because i dont eat the foods that cause extreme bloating. Ill use high doses of vitamin C to flush a bad die-off out of my system. If i have a bad reaction with something ill do a flush. My bad reactions usually happen in the duodenum area. My stomach seems to be strong, but I have a sensitive duodenun(I was diagnosed with duodenitis a while back ago)
