I'd been on a vegan diet for the last 8 months and did real good on it for a while and then I seemed to develop worse skin problems, and eventually could not tolerate fruit and grains any more. I had developed an over alkaline bowel due to the lack of acid forming animal proteins and what I think was a candida infection of my GI tract. I was expelling a lot of mucus in stools and was more constipated. After only one day of drinking 2 oz several times today, already I am better. I feel strongly this infection will be history in a week's time.

UT is amazing! Best antifungal there is, even better than anything you could buy, a lot better. I could take GSE, raw garlic, and cayenne until I gagged and it didn't hardly touch candida but a few drinks of UT and those critters are history. We are truly lucky to make use of UT.

You may not feel as good as you'd like yet, but just think of all the bacteria your body is free of, and how fast your body will take care of an invading organism..

I think I'm going to hang in there with UT more this time. Maybe take breaks, but never go without UT for several months or a year like I did this last time.

What I did in 2008 when I started UT was NOT taper of like Martha Christy recommends. when I started to feel really great, great moods, almost endless energy, loving music, etc., I figured the more the merrier, and I'd just keep drinking all I could get. If I had cut back when I felt that good, Master-Cleanse seems to think I would have always felt that good, but I drank all I got and went into deeper detox which became uncomfortable (couldn't sleep, had loose bowels, die off type stuff, etc.) So, if this happens again, I'm going to taper off this time.
