thanks very much Newport, I'm so happy you read this now

somehow I remembered bromelain and took already a dose of 3, I remember from last time (about a year ago) that I was supposed to take lots bromelain but was not sure if there's anything else helping with these

at least now when I'm running the scriipt I feel empowered again because it works on them

I'll continue running it until they're gone - or do you think I should make a break at some point?

I don't feel any die-off, only really gladness that now I'll be able to get rid of them

doctrine is working well helping with die-offs I think
