What is a salt flush?

Also, I increased Iodine amount to 6.25mg a day, starting yesterday. Didn't experience an increase in die-off or anything today, though maybe it's too early to tell?

If I should take breaks, when? How long do you recommend I use Iodine for and how long or when should the breaks be, and why?
