My last Liver Flush was my best yet, but after I had a stressful event things went back to bad again. I've been unbelievably bloaty and gassy the last few days yet my BM's are looking fine, minus an oil slick some of them have (not enough bile to digest the fat I'd say). This tells me it's not an intestinal problem but the liver's going to rot again - as I've also been having recurring pains under the right rib cage again as well. So I'm going to do a flush tonight, just 6 days after my last: is there any reason I shouldn't?
