I don't doubt for a minute that you ARE on fire lol!  

Its me that drinks it straight all at once and yep, it IS strong, but.....since it works for me that way, I'd rather get it over with at one time lol.  For some reason it really isn't that bad for me but that might be because I take all my tinctures straight, right into my mouth except for the Cayenne and the Brain Formula.

Let us know how that Herbal Snuff is working for you because when it breaks through, you're gonna feel fantastic!
