sounds like Tapeworms to me (I'm experiencing similar symptoms)

I tried the albendazole/praziquantel in 2009 (both protocols for many days and large dosages as recommended by a doctor in Thailand) and they did not help.

still today I'm fighting systemic tapeworms, they are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of, takes a very long time regardless the method you might chose
