Jusy my experience. I think drnking ACV is what gave me candida. I was perectly normal, then a friend said drinking it helps sore joints. So i drank about a tablespoon a day for about a month. ( the store bought crappy clear stuff ) After that i started having all kinds of problems.
4 years now, and metametrix says im +4 for yeast.
