Since you asked, my advice would be to forget the meds altogether. They can have side effects. (And personally I'm not overly trustful about "Big Pharma.")

Legions of people have killed bugs with standard herbals used for millenia, zappers & maybe a Sota magnetic pulser. (One at a time, maybe adding a new one after a month with cessation of die off.)
