Emergen-C has good amounts of potassium, and some magnisium in it as well as other
good minerals. For the leg cramping, usually it is shortage of magnesium. Magnesium
citrate is a good source for that. Since your leg cramping is at night, you could take the Magnesium at bedtime and see if that relieves the problem. Also, juicing organic veggies is a good, natural way to restore minerals. You could do these things a few days prior to the Liver Flush (not on the day).
