Hi,

My husband went overseas and he contracted, as it turned out, both dengue and malaria. He was hospitalized but I am hoping he will come home soon. He was transfused with platelets and reports that he is jaundiced.

I am looking for things I can do for him that will help strengthen and cleanse the liver, and kidneys. My husband is totally unimpressed by natural methods and always looks for something pharmaceutical or over the counter and thinks this cures all his problems. He will never consent to do a liver flush.

Please let me know what foods, drinks, etc, or even supplements or herbs-I will try to convince him-that will help him to flush and strengthen without doing the classic lf.

P.S. I will be happy to hear all opinions and advice, but I might also add that it's more than a month now since he left here and may be a month before he returns, so, with our diminished income, simple and cheaper is better than more expensive.
