Texas, I think we're on the right track as far as liver flushing, though it definitely is scary to think we can call up those 'monsters in the closet' at any given time. I spent a few years on a pretty intense medication regimen, which did help for the time being, but also went through a lot of counseling to deal with early childhood events/abuse, trust issues, etc. The same as you, I have one son, and some of the first thoughts I had when I discovered I was pregnant was that my child not have to go through all of what I did (even worse, 'melancholy', depression, and anxiety run on both sides of my family, especially the Scandinavian side, and my ex, my son's dad, has plenty of other biological and emotional issues in his family, including addiction). Since my son's birth almost 10 years ago, I've been on an antidepressant that certainly did lift me out of the dumps and the beginning of a postpartum downward spiral. When I've tried to go off of it a few times, it was not a good thing. Therefore, that is one of my eventual goals with the flushing and other cleansing and changes in my lifestyle, to be off of all Rx drugs. That's why the flood of negative emotions was a bit surprising, considering the medication has kept me really together and I hadn't felt that way for many years, but I knew it had to be an integral part of this getting better the natural way (not having much faith left, for various reasons, in Western medicine also plays a big part, but that's another story for another day!).

On a brighter note, I'm trying to exercise more, too, and walk, bounce around on a trampoline, and try to do some good yoga moves as much as possible, since my job is fairly sedentary. I'd also like to lose at least 20 more pounds, which I think the flushing is helping, as well as be as parasite-free as possible (the reason I stumbled upon curezone was when I suspected I had an infestation, and have worked on that, too).

Thanks for listening - sorry if this is a lot to 'dump' at once! ;)
