Hi, I am wondering if any type O's have had luck with peanut flour. I am a vegetarian who LOVES it, but have been avoiding it since I've followed type O diet. Since peanut oil is to be avoided, would defatted peanut flour be neutral, and thus okay for me to eat? It is a great source of protein, and I'd love to reincorporate it into my diet.
