Thanks for the info....my one concern is that u eat only once a day. That would cause me significant wt loss and totally wreck my metabolism. How do u get enough calories in?

What I am confused about is that u caution against hydrogen peroxide (and mms), yet u state u are currently doing a hydrogen peroxide protocol. If u feel so strongly about Mn02, then why aren't you using it?
