Thanks for the tips, Geoff....I'm a bit concerned with eating all that fat, though. I typically eat a diet that is 40% carbs, 30-35% pro, and 25-30% fat.

How do u typically eat so I can see how to construct my diet so that it is good for killing candida and for healing my health issues? What is a typical day like for u and what is a good macronutrient ratio to shoot for? (carbs, pro, fat %)?

How much coconut oil is recommended for candida?
