I have noticed that I am gaining abdominal fat the last 4 months, the bad kind. Perhaps only a few lbs, but I can tell.
What I have thought about greatly over the last few days is that a lot of my symptoms sound like a circulatory disorder. I had low creatine levels, muscle wasting, I suspect renin and aldosterone abnoralities, and issues with my eyes sinking back in my head and the veins on my hands being popped out. Intense feelings of dysphoria. I have issues with hydration, with the electrolytes in extremities. A lot of it is easily confusable with endocrine disorders, and in fact I probably have endocrine damage.
The thing is, I use to weigh 330+lbs, I know I had pre-diabetes, I know I had plaque in my arteries. I have long suspected that I would eat fatty food the last year like almonds or olive oil and that it would not agree with me.
Well I got to thinking, why would someone constantly have such brain issues, and a dull headache other than metal poisoning and or parasites? Circulatory issues.
One thing I know of is... After people lose a lot of weight, and I mean I had bouts of anorexia nervosa, which in of itself damages the heart, they can at times have a rebound. Some heart statistic studies show an increased mortality. These people get brittle arteries because of the fat loss, but the lack of anti-oxidents. They are a normal weight, but have unhealthy tryglycerides and cholesterol. So- they get strokes.
Any time I eat something really high fat, it seems like the veins in my head just completely constrict. This has been very bad the last 4 weeks... This worries me...
I am not dismissing everything I have already posted, but I am saying... given that the only thing in the past that gave me releif was 3 to 4 weeks of continuous exersize on a low fat diet... I really have to consider my past health problems with obesity, diabetes, and anorexia.
