yes, I agree - I used to have so many sleepless nights due to a pain and discomfort and plainly feeling movement all around my body, it was impossible to sleep, also my head tension would just not allow me to sleep

that's when I finally could get many nice nights when I was actually sleeping (rather than rocking from side to side and not knowing what to do because nothing would help), that was when I realized how sleep is critical for immune system to funcion well - because as soon as I started sleeping OK, I started clearing everything in a very speedy fashion, so I know that properly functioning immune system can do wonders
