Many forums say it can easily control candida problems in the GI tract and colon.; I've toyed with it this year and I seem to be realizing just what I need to do with ACV. I can't eat a high fruit diet and take raw honey several times a day - it was just too much carbs for me, but I don't think ACV is a villain, at least with me, I think it was all the carbs. I was eating wayyyy tooo much fruit.
