I made same mistake of not going on maintenance plan but I don't even know if I got rid of candida or not. Too many other diseases possible like heavy matal poisoning and hypoglycemia that mimic candida.

Hypoglycemia makes it especially difficult to lay off the carbs. I will probably muddle along for a while before trying another diet although I do avoid deserts etc.

How long have you been on the diet including maintenance?
