It's completely tasteless, Maggie. Try it in your water, as I mentioned most will settle but the silica will pretty much remain in the water you'll be drinking. It's so harmless, only good for you. But there is of course the notion of too much of a good thing. I think that's for those who find it constipating.

Knowing some of what you're dealing with (but less aware of your actual symptoms) -- we share the asper thing -- you will benefit from it.
