This may sound stupid, but how do I know if I need to adjust the macronutrient %s? I have such bad digestion (and have had bad digestion my whole life), so IDK what I should experience if I am eating too much fat, too much carb, too much pro etc...


Can u give an example of what a typical anti-candida diet looks like (meals and snacks?)?
