I feel like it might be helpful if I clarify why I was interested in the female formula.  The only time that I get relief from the urethritis and constant peeing during the night is right when I get my period and for 1-3 days afterwards.  I actually sleep, only wake to pee maybe once or twice and have energy during the day.

Also I'm bloated and puffy from ovulation until my period. My boobs turn into cantelopes and people ask me if I'm pregnant. Otherwise, my periods have been regular.

I ordered the dong Quai, but haven't ordered the chaste berry and wild yam. I'm intrigued by what I read about wild yam and helping the liver to regular blood sugar. Advice?
