I agree with the above posters that kefir is by far the best; however I like to supplement with OTC probiotics as well as I don't bring kefir to work.

I am not sure how tight your budget is, but you can get NOW Foods acidophilus 8 billion for less than $10 at iherb dot com. That is what I use along with kefir.
