Thanks Willow. Right now I am doing 8 droppersful of Ech every two hours which I saw on a post from Uny. How much Super Tonic would I do, do you know? I would prefer to just do it throughout the day instead of mixing with water. Just seems easier for me

I just watched the video that is so funny! Thanks also for your testimony. Sounds like it works great, but is intense! I also have not been sick in awhile. I may have a lot of physical stuff but as far as colds and flus I have been pretty lucky. This seems to be getting a little better and I am hoping it does not get worse. Sadly I don't have all the snuff ingredients but I will keep on with the Ech and Super Tonic!
