So i drank a lukewarm mixture of 2 level tsp Sea Salt w/ 32oz of water. sipped it slowly, taking about 4min to finish. after finishing it, i wetn straight to the gym to do my workout routine. its been 2.5hrs and im completely bloated. what's suppose to happen? butt pee? lots of urine?

its been a few hrs, should i have seen results if there were going to happen at all?
