I read that tmj can make your neck and temple hurt. It pushed fluid back in your ears.....thus ccausing the popping. U actually have to see a dentist familiar with tmj I think. I'm looking for one now. The fluid in the ears will cause the dizziness. I think it may lead to menierres disease. Hope this helps.
