You have to start with number 1 again. You should keep flushing till you are free of stones and then go on maintenance a few times a year. Though counting is highly unimportant you want you liver to be clean, whenever it happens.
The amount of flushes are different for everybody, some people are clean after 12 flushes and other ones are on number 28.
