...One is a spontaneous BM that was surprising.

...The other is that I started another series of egg/lime flushes last night.

The first round was five days, this will be six days... considering that eggs are sold in dozens, and there is the possibility of salmonella (they say) leaving eggs on the kitchen counter, and breakage, etc.

Immediately, BM's become easier.


Somewhere, about halfway between this first flush in the series, and the last one, I found myself with a large, automatic, movement.

Luckily, I was home, and well-protected. It was the volume that surprised me most.

I could only imagine that my dear old 'stone' had moved, flooding my digestive system with bile, though I felt nothing. Maybe it had broken into smaller pieces.
