Bob won't take any natural stuff any more. You know the story ... it doesn't work fast enough or well enough for him. It's got to work NOW or he won't bother with it. Stubborn old mule!

I'm going to start taking white willow bark and I am hoping I can use that to replace the NSAIDs I take sometimes. We'll see. Can't buy anything right now since we are in 'penny pinching' mode AGAIN. I already do have turmeric and use it myself tho!
