Well,
Had the metametrix test that showed +4 for yeast/mold of somekind. Doctor put me on the Paleao diet and diflucan, mystatin, and cholestryamine. Also probiotics.
Just got my genova test back, it looks pretty good except very low in Folic Acid B9, and Manganese.
Figures, everything i need to eat to raise these 2 things i am not aloud. whole grains, bread and pasta. i cant eat carbs !!! Go figure.
