Thank you. I am glad that I am posting here and on Liver Flush Forum . My doctor called me again today and used scare tactics. He wants me to have the GB removed. I told him I am feeling fine but he insisted that I will have this attack again and again. So I just have to prove them wrong.

Dates we buy are dry ones but are free of sulphur dioxide. I am buying organic apples today and OO (Olive-Oil) I already have so that should all work. I also upped my intake of Iodine for low thyroid.
