 My bloodpressure is only high when I go to the doctor
so the last 2 years I put some bitters on my tongue before I go and that helps bring it down to normal.
Might not work for everybody, but Hv once told me my lightheaded feeling was from using too high a dose of bitters.

Yes, stimulation of the vagus nerve with bitters can lower blood pressure.
