The one thing that caught my eye is your high testoserone level. I, too, had a serum test done and had a high testoserone level, and, like you, have had fatigue, Depression and anger symptoms and expressions.
I imagine that you have had your cortisol level checked, but what I would like to ask anyone here is: Does the body sometimes use testoserone in place of cortisol if the cortisol level is not high enough? This may be part of your equation.
