First I would check the Vitamin D3 status - immune/neurological SAD are clear signs of deficiency.

Second, you have some chronic infection which causes many of your problems. If you are having GI issues, then I would suggest the MetaMetrix GI Effects stool test and work out from there.

Environmental toxins (metals etc) are always an issue with any Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome patient. Using some detox products will help and I would suggest you read about Methylation (see Dr. Deth) and liposomal glutathione or cysteine would benefit you. I would suggest you go slow with the liposomal glutathione when starting and move up.

Evaluation of your mineral status would be helpful as well - I would recommend Trace Elements for this test. Fatty acids, antioxidants etc also should be considered.
